Dunn and Company LLC is a Colorado-based full service real estate company that specializes in sales, investments and property management. John M. Dunn is the principal owner and broker and has been in the real estate industry in Denver since 1982.
As experienced Realtors, John Dunn and the members of his staff are qualified to provide the professional real estate services needed to buy, sell, lease or manage your real estate investment. John Dunn
John Dunn, RPA, is the owner and broker of Dunn and Company, LLC. He has owned, leased, managed and sold commercial and residential property since 1982. For almost ten years John specialized in the management of over 350,000 square feet of medical office space and many homes on Denver's Centura Porter Care Hospital Campus.
John graduated from West Virginia State College with a degree in real estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds the "Real Property Administrator" (RPA) designation from the Building Owners Managers Institute. John is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and the Denver Board of Realtors. He also is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and serves on the local chapter's board of directors.
Rhett Adams
Rhett Adams is a licensed Colorado Realtor with an extensive knowledge of Colorado and the Denver area. She is an expert on Denver neighborhoods, historic Denver architecture and has over twenty years of experience in marketing. She is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors.
Don Kramer
Don Kramer has over twenty years experience in real estate and is a licensed Realtor in the states of Colorado and Oklahoma. He has specialized in Section 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges since 1980 and has worked extensively to provide creative solutions for problem properties and problem ownership. Don has owned and managed all types of residential, commercial and investment properties for the last 23 years.
Don is a member Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors. He has also served as chairman of the Denver Real Estate Exchange group for the Denver Board of Realtors three of the last sixteen years.
